Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the original sealed packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • With the receipt or proof of purchase

Due to the nature of perfumes, any item that has been opened, used, sprayed, or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@voideshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of the outer box and label

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • More than 90% used Perfumes

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift Boxes

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Discovery Boxes

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

Please note that:

  • Bank or payment provider delays may occur

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is from our side)
